Catchlight Services Pricing Guide

Commercial and Freelance Photography
• $250/hour contract rate
• Rate covers one hour of photographer's time, talent, insurance, editing/retouching, and limited-use license on all images
• Includes online gallery of images to share, order prints, negatives (full-usage license) or marketing materials from

$150 Headshot (per person) and Staff Portraits 
• 5-10 image proofs from session
• 1 full-resolution, fully-licensed image file
• Brief in-studio or local outdoor session
• 20% discount for groups of 10 or more - includes one hour facility photography and all images fully-licensed
   
$400 Look Book (lobby coffee table book)  
• 9x12 Photo Book containing all imagery from shoot (brown or black leather) for display to clients, prospects
• Includes web images from session in online gallery that can be saved and shared, emailed or posted online
• Additional book copies $100 each
   
Corporate Events and Fundraisers
• Event photography rates start at $250 per hour (two-hour minimum) 
• Event-planning rate is $100 per hour (see Business Support Services below)
• Rates are service fees that cover photographer's time, talent, insurance, editing, image processing and storage costs
• All event bookings come with a custom-designed web gallery and slideshow, containing all event photographs available for per-image purchase and enlargements (great for organizers and attendees to order directly from)

Product and Promotional Photography
• Small Business Product Photography -- hourly rate ($250) + $25 license fee per image ordered
• Commercial Retail or Catalog -- rates, licensing terms, and fees to be negotiated based upon scope of project
• Persona and Stock Photography -- hourly rate + license fees
• Persona or Product Models (provided by Catchlight Talent) -- $125/hour per model, two hour minimum
• Dealerships -- hourly rate for automotive ad photos + $50 per vehicle (full license and negatives included)
• Interior Designers -- hourly rate + $25 license fee per image ordered
• Hoteliers and Hospitality -- hourly rate for suite and venue photography + licensing fees on images ordered  

Graphic Design
• Graphic Design Services -- $125/hour, two hour minimum
• Logo Design -- $500 initial draft plus one revision; $125 per additional modification.  License and usage fees may apply.

Web Design
Design work only - does not include hosting, domain name/transfer or other third-party fees
OPTION I -- A La Carte, $1000+
​• Discovery Phase - includes up to two hours of design consulting, research and planning
• Design Phase -- $250 per page creation or redesign (4 page minimum), plus one revision each in Design Phase
• Revisions -- $125 per hour for large page changes after final design approved and published 
• Maintenance -- $50 per hour for minor updates after final design approved and published 
OPTION II -- Pack And Go, $2500+
​• Discovery Phase -- includes up to four hours of design consulting, research and planning
• Design Phase -- includes up to 10 pages and allows two additional revisions per page in Design Phase
• Revisions -- $125 per hour for large page changes after final design approved and published 
• Maintenance -- complimentary minor updates for one year after final design approved and published 
OPTION III -- Put A Bow On It, $4500+
​• Discovery Phase -- includes up to four hours of design consulting, research and planning
• Design Phase -- includes up to 20 pages and allows two additional revisions per page in Design Phase
• Includes one hour of Commercial Photography (products, facility, staff, etc) with full-license to use all images on site
• Revisions -- $125 per hour for large page changes after final design approved and published 
• Maintenance -- complimentary minor updates for one year after final design approved and published 

Content, Editing, Freelance Writing
​• New copy -- $0.10 per word ($25 minimum) or $50 per hour (unlimited words)
• Editing -- $.05 per word ($25 minimum) or $50 per hour (unlimited words)
• Editorial -- $50+ per piece (may include images), exclusive of travel fees and other related costs

Business Support Services
• Training, Practice and Office-Management Program (in development, details forthcoming)
• Consulting, Executive-Administrator Partnering -- $150 per hour
• Private Coaching/Career-Development, Administrative Professionals -- $150 per hour
